Job Title: Senior Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across various departments.

Job Description:

In this role, you will map end-to-end documentation processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to enhance operational efficiencies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Drive process improvement by analyzing current state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements, providing regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in process improvement, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive change. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in financial services and 4 years of proven expertise in process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of credit/legal documentation and associated processes.
  • Basic knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Creative thinker with strategic mindset, strong decision-making capabilities, and ability to structure and scope complex problems.
