Senior Process Improvement Manager

Drive process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate will identify, plan, and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities:- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance safety, and optimize processes.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, drive improvements through root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams to assess systems and drive performance-enhancing improvements.
- Develop and apply CI methodologies while fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee engagement.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities; implement monitoring systems to track progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management from a reputable university.
- At least 3-5 years of Oil/Petrochemicals working experience, with at least 2 years in operational excellence related or similar process improvement roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black belt is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Additional Information:
- This position is based in Jurong Island.
- Official Working hours: Monday to Friday.
