Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements that drive business value.
About the Role
The Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements that drive business value
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in business analysis / process improvement
- 3–4 years of experience in Agile Scrum processes (advantage)
- Familiarity with IT project lifecycle in a banking environment
- Basic product knowledge of Digital Banking and related technologies
- Strong skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint (reporting, dashboards)
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (advantage)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
