Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist
About the RoleThis role is a critical part of our team, responsible for driving business process improvements and streamlining internal workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely analysis, review, and data insights to senior management on various aspects of business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Review claims submitted by companies for compliance with guidelines and ensure service delivery meets pre-defined service level agreements.
- Meet with senior executives to discuss financial incentives awarded to companies and assess the achievement of incentives conditions.
- Identify gaps and shape policy framework from issues identified, promoting organizational awareness on incentive governance, business continuity planning, and risk management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science & Analytics, or Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- Experience with RPA and coding, knowledge, and practices in Business, Finance, or Accounting will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure or on multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
