Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse and Logistics Executive to manage our warehouse operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and transportation optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee storage, transportation, and distribution of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Supervise fleet operations, including vehicle tracking and drivers' daily route planning.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries by coordinating with customer service and transport providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or 5 years of experience in warehousing and transportation logistics.
  • Able to work independently, lead, and work well as a team.
  • Preferably able to drive forklift or a reach truck.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements in logistics operations.
  • WMS competency.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
