Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager

About This Role:

This position entails developing and executing strategic plans to foster partnerships with institutional clients, leveraging expertise in crypto investment services tailored to their needs. As a specialist in advising solutions for institutional clients, you will work towards generating revenue targets by delivering superior service and collaborating on investment opportunities.

To excel as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, extensive market contacts, and a deep understanding of crypto and digital assets. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology, to provide client business management support in growing existing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage partnerships, relationship development, and servicing of our institutional client base utilizing AsiaNext products and services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the delivery of AsiaNext products to clients.
  • Engage directly with institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, broker-dealers, market liquidity providers, and market makers.
  • Liaise with stakeholder teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and trading teams on client issues.
  • Understand client investment and reporting requirements, providing input to new product committees to review and develop all product offerings.
  • Closely collaborate with partner teams, such as Product, to contribute to platform development.
  • Monitor and review client revenue and profitability to ensure financial performance is achieved through new revenue generation through strategic client partnerships.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute strategic account relationship plans.
  • Demonstrate key relationships with C-suite and senior executives to enhance partnership growth.
Potential Role Development:
  • Create and develop a global team as we expand our client base.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to monitoring trading activity.
Requirements:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field.
Experience:
  • More than 15 years of experience handling Institutional client relationships using traditional/crypto Prime Services products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Institutional secured financing, lending, and borrowing product offerings.
  • Familiarity with ISDAs, GMSLA's, MSLA's, and other market standard agreements.
  • Understanding of spot, futures, cleared derivatives, OTC derivatives in crypto and/or equities, and FX.
  • Excellent communication skills to operate seamlessly with partner teams.
