Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to fill the role of Aircraft Equipment Assignment Officer. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating the assignment of equipment operators for various aircraft services.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and assigning equipment operators for tasks such as pushback, towing, water and toilet servicing, and supply of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
  • Liaison with key stakeholders including IGO, Maintrol, and CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
  • Collaboration with the Equipment Maintenance team to ensure effective equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Maintenance of regular communication with equipment operators to guarantee timely flight departures and any changes in assignments.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints as necessary.
  • Providing updates to the duty supervisor on any delays or issues.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry. A Higher Nitec/Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Applications will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work.
