Job Title

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing and supply of ground support equipment.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
  • Liaise with the Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortages.
  • Maintain regular communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any changes in assignment for services.
  • Address customer requests/complaints where necessary.
  • Update the duty supervisor on any delays.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Aviation or Aircraft Management with at least 2 years experience in a similar role in aviation industries.
  • Candidates proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage.
  • Able to perform shift work.
