Aircraft Export Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage urgent global shipments of aircraft parts for aviation customers.

This role is based in a high-volume warehouse environment and supports 24/7 operations to ensure seamless logistics for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import/export shipments via ATOL or email for AOG emergencies.
  • Manage air freight export operations from cargo confirmation to final dispatch.
  • Liaise with Sales Teams, Customers, and Overseas Offices via email and phone.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain operational safety, quality, and compliance standards.
