Aircraft Export Operations Specialist: A Crucial Role in Global LogisticsOur team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Aircraft Export Operations Specialist. This critical position requires a high degree of expertise in coordinating and managing global air freight shipments for emergency situations.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Activate export shipments for urgent aircraft parts via approved channels.
  • Manage the full spectrum of air freight export operations from cargo confirmation to final dispatch.
  • Liaise with sales teams, customers, and overseas offices via phone and email.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve issues proactively to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Maintain operational safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
