Aircraft On Ground Export Operations Specialist

Our organization requires a professional to manage urgent global shipments of aircraft parts for aviation customers. The role involves coordinating and activating import/export shipments via electronic systems or email for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergencies.

  • Manage full spectrum of air freight export operations from cargo confirmation to final dispatch ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams customers and external offices via electronic communication channels.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Uphold operational safety quality and compliance standards at all times.
