Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Aircraft Operations Coordinator. This position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth aircraft operations, including planning and assigning equipment operators, managing equipment requirements, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing, and supply of GSE equipment.
  • Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
  • Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any changes in assignment for services.
  • Attend to customers' requests/complaints where necessary.
  • Update the duty supervisor on any delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Higher Nitec/Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Management with at least 2 years experience in a similar role in aviation industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Applications is an advantage.
  • Able to perform shift works.
