Project Manager for Railway Communication

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our railway communication projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with a deep understanding of railway communication systems and technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications is highly desired.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep working knowledge of railway communication systems and technologies.
  • Proven experience working with government agencies and public transport operators.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our railway communication projects. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Analyze project performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
