Railway System Leader

This role is focused on leading a team to maintain and improve the railway system.

Job Description
  • Provide leadership in management and mentoring to ensure effective maintenance of the railway infrastructure system.
  • Develop solutions to safety and reliability problems affecting the railway infrastructure system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional maintenance and engineering to ensure high system reliability and availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • At least 8 years' working experience in managerial positions in a maintenance organisation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept with diagnostics and reliability engineering methods such as FMECA, Fault Tree analysis, Weibull analysis and Damage Tolerance Analysis.

  • Support LTA and SMRT projects in reviewing project design specifications and ensure their adequacy for the safety, reliability, maintainability and operability.
