As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with existing ones.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Development Team, which collaborates closely with all cross-functional teams to provide support and services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business growth by acquiring new SME customers and meeting individual sales targets;
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients by understanding their needs and communicating the value proposition of Nium;
- Building a pipeline of qualified leads and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system;
- Conducting negotiations with prospects and resolving any concerns they may have;
- Managing and growing existing client accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities and maximizing revenue generation;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and resolving client issues.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and 2 years in Payments technology;
- Client-centric experience in managing Corporate accounts and stakeholders;
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders;
- Results-driven approach and ability to operate effectively in a multi-functional, challenging & fast-paced environment;
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding goals;
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive positive outcomes;
- Possess high learning agility, cultural sensitivity, and a global mindset.
