Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
