Senior Commercial Operations Manager

A well-established apparel business is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Operations Manager to drive its growth strategy in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead high-performing commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute global business plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the monthly close process, prepare management reports, and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
