As a
Senior Commercial Manager/Senior Contract Manager , your primary role is to provide commercial management support to assist the businesses and project teams in adhering to and complying with contracts; managing contractual risk exposure on assigned projects; maintaining and strengthening the Company's relationships with clients and partners; and protecting the Company's revenue and margins
What will you do
Commercial Support and Contract Management
Provide Commercial Management support for large, complex, and high-risk projects and opportunities during pre- and post-sales stages, including those exceeding SGD 10 million in total contract value.
Draft, review, and negotiate key project documents such as statements of work, change orders, and variation agreements.
Support project teams in client and subcontractor meetings on contractual matters and act as an escalation point for project-related issues.
Strategize with company executives before client negotiations and support project teams during negotiations to represent the company's interests.
Monitor contract fulfilment and ensure project budgets,
