Senior Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead our commercial functions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead commercial management for multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring cost control, budget tracking, and commercial reporting.
- Draft, review, and administer main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and deliverables.
- Manage and mitigate commercial risks, delays, and claims, providing strategic input to project cost planning and commercial approach.
- Strong knowledge of standard contracts and commercial awareness, with expertise in negotiation and procurement.
- Commercial Management, Budgeting, Valuation, Quantity Surveying, Critical Thinking, Value Engineering, Conflict Resolution, Administration, Procurement, Cost Planning, AutoCAD, Tendering, Cost Control, Project Cost, and Ability to work independently.
