Senior Facilities Planning Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Facilities Planning Manager to support our team in designing, coordinating, implementing, and managing facilities planning and development projects.
- Address space improvement and renovation needs by collecting data, creating conceptual designs, preparing project proposals, developing project plans, procuring materials, and managing construction contracts.
- Collaborate and compile design standards, research reference guides, and create libraries for future infrastructure development, renovation, and improvements.
- E nsure proper governance on regulatory requirements, tracking budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders on facilities planning and project implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Interior Design, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in project planning/management for building infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting, PowerPoint presentation, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of 3D or sketch-up and Microsoft Project software is an advantage.
- Experience in calling and documenting renovation contracts and project accounts.
- Well-versed in project management processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organization skills with strong command of spoken and written English.
- A team player who can work independently.
