About the Role:We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the planning and development of community care facilities in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care services for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with government agencies to ensure adequacy of community care services across the island.
- Develop comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities, taking into account demographic data and community needs.
- Conduct site assessments to determine suitability for community care facilities.
- Analyse market trends and industry insights to inform planning decisions.
- Co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance delivery of care services.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management, etc.).
- Proven track record in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management.
- Strong analytical abilities, paper writing, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
