Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of community care facilities for seniors. Collaborate with ministries and agencies to ensure adequacy of community care services in Singapore.

Develop comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities across the island, creatively utilizing innovative space solutions to address land scarcity, ensuring optimal accessibility and service delivery for senior population.

Analyze demographic data and community needs to inform planning and assessment decisions.

Co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance delivery of care services for seniors.

Manage budgets, key project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.

Lead a team of members performing site planning functions to achieve above objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management, etc.).
  • Proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or public sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
