**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Homage is seeking a Care Support Associate who enjoys working with the people at the heart of Homage: our Customers and Care Professionals. In the Care Support (Community) team, we're focused on supporting quality long-term care delivery to publicly subsidised clients of Social Service Agencies (SSA) and Volunteer Welfare Organisations (VWO).

As a Support Associate, you will be coordinating care and providing operational support for clients of our partner SSAs and VWOs. Your work has a direct impact on the lives of these families (clients) who are receiving public subsidies for their long-term care needs. Additionally, Support Associates form a key pillar of customer service and experience for our partner organisations.

You will report to the Care Support Manager and is a part of the Community segment within the Business to Government (B2G) business unit.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Excellent with people and able to provide high quality customer service, while coaching others to do the same
- Calm under pressure and capable of solving disputes and incidents
- Excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content
- Able to work on a roster as part of a team of operators that service our partners 7 days a week

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Empathetic and good with people
- Great at problem solving
- Has excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content
- Able to communicate effectively within the organisation to get the help and answers you need
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, with experience working in hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment preferred.
