Senior Manager/Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead the planning and management of community care facilities for seniors in Singapore.

  • This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the adequacy of community care services across the island, focusing on strategic planning and execution.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with Ministries and Agencies to develop comprehensive plans for locating community care facilities, utilising innovative space solutions to address land scarcity.
  • A key responsibility is to conduct assessments determining suitability of locations for community care facilities, analysing demographic data and community needs to inform planning decisions.
  • Another critical task is to co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance the delivery of care services for seniors.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing budgets, key project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management, or a related field.
  • Proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management within community care services or the public sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in report writing and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
