**Your Focus**
As a Strategic Planner, you would be responsible for governing the project inflow, drive momentum of all pro-active initiatives, work with cross functional teams to drive the regional momentum related to Creation & Innovation. This is an entry position into the world of fragrances and allows you to get a broad view and diversified experience working alongside the Creative Center Manager. The role will provide exposure to many other roles in Scent including Commercial, Creative and Marketing.

This position is based at Singapore Innovation Center and will report to the Creative Center Manager.

**How you will Contribute**
- Innovation - Strategic Initiatives and Creative Platforms; Regional category governance.
- Help to drive in collaboration with local/regional management the innovation agenda for Greater Asia.- Tracking the activity and progress.- Reporting and Business Analysis
- Detailed Analysis & Tracking of project pipeline including inflow, outflow, win rate etc. across Asia regions/sub-regions.
- Analysis of resource allocation, recommend optimization and adjustment if needed.- Project Inflow Governance
- Organize and lead the daily Morning Meeting which is about reviewing the new projects, support resource allocation and governance.
- Connect with Commercial & Creative teams to clarify on projects, resource allocation and expectations.
- Coordinate between various Creative Centers on matters related to project inflow to ensure a smooth and fluid workflow.- Special projects
- Digital Ecommerce Platforms - development and roll-out support.
- Scent Academy - help to develop content with various experts to create learning modules.
- PUMA (Project mgmt. system) work in collaboration with IT & business on system upgrades for more efficient and effective workflows.-
**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Finance or Perfumery related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or business analyst role in a multinational organization..
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular on Excel and PPT.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, team player.
- Strong ability to analyze data, create insights and recommend actions based on findings.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills, ability to see the bigger picture and connect the dots to create alternative solutions at any given scenario.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and another Asia language is a plus.
