Job Overview

As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead the management of government office properties and oversee term contractors to ensure effective facilities operations. This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation of FM technologies to drive sustainability and efficiency.

  • Manage and run FM operations for assigned government offices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve building operations, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Oversee performance management of term contractors, including budget planning and procurement processes.
  • Plan future resource optimization for facilities projects in the pipeline, aligning with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in Project & Facilities Management, Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing and operating government or commercial office properties, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player, be self-driven, and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
