Highly Skilled Critical Care Nurse

**Job Summary:**
Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services, working collaboratively with clinicians, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinicians to implement clinical procedures and meet critically ill patients' health demands.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to achieve desired health outcomes for critically ill patients.
- Manage advanced forms of respiratory support, invasive monitoring, and drug infusions safely and effectively.
- Evaluate patients' and families' adaptation levels and coping skills to determine necessary interventions.
Requirements:
- Registered with the relevant Nursing Board.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
- Possession of an Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- For Senior Staff Nurse position, strong leadership capabilities, analytical, insightful, systematic, highly-motivated, and teamwork skills are essential.
