About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Senior Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with clinicians to meet the complex health needs of critically ill patients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes for critically ill patients.
- Assist with clinical procedures, such as respiratory support, invasive monitoring, and drug infusions.
- Assess patients' and families' adaptation levels and coping skills to determine if any interventions are needed.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a Degree or Diploma in Nursing, and relevant Advanced Nursing qualifications. You should also possess strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
