Emergency Veterinary Nurse Wanted
We are seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently with initiative in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities- Admission and triage of emergency patients.
- Providing direct and individualized patient care for critically ill patients.
- Performing diagnostics and treatments.
- Planning and performing anesthesia for ill or unstable patients.
- Recording all care information concisely and accurately.
- Working directly under the guidance and support of veterinarians and senior nurses.
- Liaising knowledgeably and accurately with staff and clients.
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 5 years' full-time experience in veterinary general practice post-qualification. A Certificate IV or diploma in veterinary nursing or equivalent is preferred.
