Job Title: Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized nursing care to critically ill patients, assessing their physical and emotional needs, and developing personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including medical staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs, as required.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with valid registration as a nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
