About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team in APJ. As a key member of our partner development organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth through partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology ISVs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate their sales and revenue growth.
- Manage partner relationships and enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively sell and deliver SAP LeanIX solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on joint sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy.
About You
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in partner development and management. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in partner development and management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS software and its sales and marketing dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time.
What We Offer
SAP LeanIX offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
