Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Growth Manager to join our team at WISE ASIA-PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of global payments and driving growth for our enterprise clients.

About the Role
You will be responsible for owning and nurturing operational relationships with partners, analyzing their needs, and identifying opportunities to automate and scale internal processes. Your primary goal will be to maximize the value that partners receive from using Wise solutions by reducing operational friction and defects. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including account management, product management, tech, legal, compliance, implementation, and business development.

Your Key Responsibilities
*Operational Relationship Management: Be the point of contact for operational escalations, manage stakeholders, conduct business review meetings, provide solutions to improve operational states, and support partners through execution.
*Operational Success Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational improvements with partners to drive maximum value realization. Analyze performance metrics and hold partners accountable for following agreed-upon timelines.
*Scaled Internal Operations: Identify key friction points caused by platform partnerships, work closely with servicing teams to understand pain points, and lead cross-team projects to eliminate or reduce these gaps by negotiating changes with partners, product, engineers, and other stakeholders.
*API Development: Collaborate with partners on implementing endpoints & webhooks to automate internal & partner support operations. Explore existing API capabilities, negotiate changes with partners, and ensure smooth technical integration.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking or fintech industry space
* A proven track record of delivering projects with measurable results, scaling internal costs, and improving processes
* Data-driven mindset with ability to collect and analyze data to prioritize big wins for partnerships and internal teams
* Strong communication skills to negotiate changes with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Creativity in finding solutions when blocked, with multiple ways to reach cross-team agreements that work for all parties

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 8,000 - 10,500 monthly, plus RSU.
