Job DescriptionRole Summary

The Strategic Workforce Development Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's human capital strategy, driving business growth through strategic HR support and partnering with key stakeholders to address critical talent needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise closely with line managers to gain insights into key business requirements and forecast future skills demands, ensuring seamless alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding of new hires, boosting overall organizational productivity.
  3. Work alongside learning and development professionals to create targeted programs addressing skill gaps and nurturing employee competencies, ultimately enhancing the organization's agility.
  4. Drive innovative employee engagement strategies aimed at elevating workplace satisfaction, maintaining alignment with overarching business goals.
  5. Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and implement robust succession planning measures, safeguarding the organization's long-term success.
  6. Advise on compensation structures, particularly non-monetary benefits, in alignment with workforce needs, promoting an attractive and engaging work environment.
  7. Manage employee relations proactively, encompassing issue resolution and providing supportive guidance to line managers during exit and retirement processes.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in HR consulting or as an HR Manager/HRBP, showcasing a deep understanding of business processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating influence across all levels of stakeholders.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a service excellence mindset, coupled with a passion for addressing organizational and employee needs.
  4. Experience in talent management, succession planning, learning and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is a valuable asset.
  6. This role is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
