Job Title: Key Account Representative

Key account representatives play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue. They are responsible for identifying, acquiring, and retaining high-value customers.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business in the Singapore region, focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage sales leads, opportunities, visits, presentations, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular visits and interactions, exploring new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide pre-sales support, including consultation, demonstration, and solution explanation.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, delivering exceptional after-sales service, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in sales is preferred.
  2. Having knowledge of IT services or the internet industry is highly valued.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
  4. High emotional intelligence to establish efficient and effective communication relationships with clients.
