Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role oversees the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless coordination with hiring managers and timely fulfilment of staffing needs.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes to secure top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed to expand the talent pool.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Staff Welfare Initiatives
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Propose recommendations for employee experience and wellness programs, prioritizing the well-being of staff members.
  • Support the implementation of these programs, ensuring they align with organisational goals and values.
Payroll Administration Expertise
  • Prepare and process payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide support in monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, filing of tax submission, and other payroll-related matters.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key skills include payroll administration, human resource management, HR policies, and administrative support.
