Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Transformation Lead to join our organization. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic analysis, design thinking, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in leading transformation initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and developing solutions that drive innovation and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct thorough business need analysis by engaging with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for business process optimization.
  • Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to explore user needs, ideate innovative solutions, and prototype concepts.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Solution Engineering: Collaborate with technical teams to engineer viable, sustainable, and scalable technical solutions that meet business requirements and strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment. Experience with Agile Scrum, Waterfall project methodologies, and e-commerce systems is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency with business analysis tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart. Relevant certifications, such as CCBA, CBAP, PSM, or Design Thinking training, are preferred.
