Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead to spearhead change initiatives in our Compliance Platform & Analytics Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies to elevate AML capabilities and maximize compliance data as a strategic asset.
  • Lead project management of financial crime compliance waterfall projects to enhance Group AML capabilities for quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, formulate user journey mapping, manage product backlogs, and drive the development of the NextGen compliance platform using Agile methodologies.
  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans to proactively engage impacted stakeholders for business requirement formulation, process, and user journey mapping.
  • Prepare concise steering committee materials for updating senior stakeholders and facilitating decision-making.
  • Partner with Group and Technology teams, as well as external vendors, to jointly develop scalable IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement automated data analytics solutions using Python for self-service analytics, manual data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools for compliance reporting and key emerging risk monitoring.
  • Formulate test plans and lead UAT execution with end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Product Owner with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for change and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to understand and empathize with business needs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, hands-on experience in formulating business requirement documents, process mapping, and user stories.
  • Possess understanding of AML compliance or risk management in financial institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with either Waterfall Project Management or Agile Methodology, meticulous, and enjoy data analysis to maximize AML data as a strategic asset.
  • Certification in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner will be preferred.
