Job Description:

EY is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in strategy, future operating models, experience design, platforms, innovation, and execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions that meet their objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, commercial transactions, or industry, with significant expertise in at least three of the following areas: business transformation, business process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy, and business planning, sales and marketing improvement/transformation, strategic cost reduction, supply chain management/transformation.

Candidates should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in client-facing environments. A degree in engineering, accountancy, business, finance, or quantitative disciplines is preferred, and candidates should be currently in their final year of undergraduate study.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in two or more of the following areas: Go to Market Strategy/Commercial Diligence/Business Planning/Performance Improvement of internal operations
  • Experience handling consulting/technology-led transformation projects
  • Experience in business development through building proposals/value propositions for client needs
  • Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Finance, or Quantitative disciplines
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, business writing, and interest in further designing, developing, and integrating business operations and technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Able to research client inquiries and emerging issues
