Contractual Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contractual Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law and a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction contract management. You should also possess expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Manage all contractual claims, including EOT, variations, and loss & expense.
  • Provide contractual advice and ensure company compliance with obligations.
  • Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage all contract documentation and dispute letters.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction contract management.
  • Expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act.
