Job Title: Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of the contract. This includes sourcing sub-contractors/suppliers and negotiating for competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project estimates and budgets in conjunction with the project team's requirements.
  • Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, cost structures, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage a reliable/established vendor list and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
  • Experienced in procurement, budgeting, contract administration, measurement of quantities, variation orders and final accounts.
Requirements:
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
