Cost Management Specialist Role

As a vital member of our project team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing project costs and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive pricing comparisons
  • Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project efficiency
  • Prepare accurate project costings, contracts, and tender documents to ensure transparency and clarity
  • Conduct site measurements and monitor subcontractor progress to guarantee timely completion
  • Process progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts with precision and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cost Management Specialist role (8+ years for Senior role)
