Job Title: Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management advice and support across various projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cost management, with experience in data centre construction and operations. You will work closely with project teams to ensure effective cost management strategies are implemented, and costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cost management plans and budgets for projects.
  • Provide regular cost reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cost management practices are adopted throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in cost management, preferably in the data centre industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
