Job Summary

This position involves driving strategic technology initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop architecture governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture Governance Lead: Develop and implement architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise vision and roadmaps.
  • Partner with Domain Architects to apply architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
  • Visionary Leader: Communicate architecture vision, standards, and principles effectively to stakeholders and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on Enterprise Architecture.
  • Process Improvement Expert: Enhance processes, tools, and workflows for Enterprise Architecture functions, leveraging JIRA for accountability and delivery.
Requirements
  1. Ability to advise on industry-standard monitoring, alerting, configuration, and performance tuning tools.
  2. Strong strategy design and execution capability.
  3. Familiarity with AS400/mainframe environments is an advantage.
  4. Comfortable working in fast-paced and challenging environments.
Key Skills (Must Have)
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros) & PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like PPM, JIRA, Qlik.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver under deadlines.
  • Experience with SOP/document updates and SharePoint content management.
Good to Have
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Audit, risk, and compliance exposure.
