Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Middleware Strategist to lead our EAI Middleware team. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic direction for EAI Middleware platforms, aligning with business targets.

The incumbent will drive collaboration between Service Management and Delivery teams, enabling an agile construct. They will also drive continuous improvement efforts by working closely with various IT departments and teams.

The Enterprise Middleware Strategist will be responsible for the performance of the EAI Middleware unit, including setting, monitoring, and managing KPIs and other metrics.

The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of middleware technologies, and experience in driving technological development and managing operational efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related IT discipline.
  • 10-12 years of proven experience in driving technological development and managing operational efforts.
  • 4-5 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Extensive experience around technology innovation, digital strategy, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively work with diverse teams.
