Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our EAI Middleware team, enabling a middleware framework that supports integration of systems and applications across the enterprise. The incumbent will drive results to effectively simplify and automate data and business processes among connected applications in pace with the enhanced degree of agility in the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related IT discipline. They will possess 10-12 years of proven experience in driving technological development and managing operational efforts, including 4-5 years of experience in managing a team, and with at least 4-5 years of experience in an enterprise of a size comparable to Singapore Pools.

The successful candidate will be able to look at the big picture and visualize a mid and long-term channel application strategy to support the business. They will have extensive experience around technology innovation, digital strategy, and emerging technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. The ability to collaboratively work with diverse teams, including the Business, is essential.
