Senior Enterprise Technology Director

Overview of the Role:

This position is a senior leadership role within our organization, focusing on enterprise technology strategy and implementation.

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance our overall business capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology leadership, with expertise in architecture, systems integration, and application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic technology plans to support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure enterprise solutions.
  • Drive the evolution of our enterprise IT architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring agility, simplicity, and integration.
  • Oversee the design, customization, implementation, and support of enterprise applications, balancing standardization with business flexibility.
  • Develop and lead the enterprise-wide application strategy, covering both in-house development and COTS solution lifecycle management, including upgrades, support, and vendor management.
  • Provide architectural oversight and governance for large-scale initiatives, including cloud adoption, data analytics, enterprise collaboration, automation, and integration middleware.
  • Conduct technology evaluations and proof-of-concepts for emerging platforms and frameworks to ensure relevance and value to the business.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership, with a proven track record in architecture, systems integration, and application development.
  • Deep experience in managing and supporting large-scale COTS implementations, especially SAP and Workday, including integration with legacy systems and cloud platforms.
  • A minimum of 10 years in people management roles, leading high-performing technical teams across architecture, engineering, and support functions.
  • Hands-on experience in modern technology stacks, APIs, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Strong program delivery background in complex transformation initiatives, ideally within large consulting or systems integration environments.
