Job Title: Network Solution Architect Lead

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Network Solutions Strategist to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of robust, secure, and scalable network solutions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of solution architects and work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to deliver resilient, high-performance networking capabilities supporting both regional and global initiatives.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Network Solutions Strategist, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives, defining and owning the regional network architecture roadmap, standards, and best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions aligned to business and security requirements, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead proof-of-concepts to determine fit for enterprise adoption.

In addition, you will provide hands-on guidance to the network solution team to ensure successful project delivery, ensure network designs are scalable, cost-effective, and compliant with security and regulatory standards, and oversee vendor engagement, solution proposals, and technical validation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and architecture, and a minimum of 3 years in a team lead or network solution architect capacity.

You should have a deep understanding of enterprise network technologies, including routing and switching, SD-WAN, load balancing, automation, scripting, and configuration management.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is also required. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
