Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to join our Central Region team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our building facilities, ensuring they meet the standards of safety, functionality, and sustainability.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and BMS systems. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or FM industry.

The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily facilities maintenance operations, conducting regular inspections, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.

The ideal candidate will also hold relevant certifications such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP).

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Facilities Management/M&E Engineering or any relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or FM industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance, and good understanding of BMS systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing air-conditioning systems
  • Involved with Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) matters and liaisons with authorities
  • Must have Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional (
