Building Maintenance Expert

Our ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the optimal operational condition of all building and facilities maintenance, adhering to current regulatory and safety standards at all times.
- Preventative maintenance is crucial to ensure all facilities operate efficiently, conforming to established operating standards.
- The candidate must be hands-on in addressing urgent repairs and complaints related to electrical services, plumbing, and sanitary requests.
- Proper maintenance of interior and exterior walls of buildings, appliances, and equipment within the premises is essential.
- Regular inspection activities are necessary to identify building wear and tear, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Mobilizing and supervising contractors on major renovation and rectification works is also a key responsibility.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety regulations is paramount.
Requirements:
- A relevant Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec qualification or 5 years of relevant working experience in major building maintenance/construction projects is mandatory.
- Possessing a class 2B/3 license with own transport is also required.
