Business Analyst for GrabFood Demand-Generation Campaigns

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our GrabFood team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and project management support for GrabFood demand-generation campaigns. This includes setup, documentation, and post-campaign follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to facilitate data-driven decision making, providing a fact base, and helping with issue identification and solutioning.
- Conduct market research, including but not limited to competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
- Support planning and growth of high impact strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Business/Science/Engineering or other relevant courses.
- Familiar with spreadsheets, databases, project management, and deck preparation.
- Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively work with other teams within Grab.
